(Offsite Article) Brand Experience in User Experience Design
While I was searching for brands that are committed to user experience as well as being immediately recognizable (Mozilla, Disney) I browsed my way to an article that I've previously read called Brand Experience in User Experience Design by Steve Baty (with whom I've had a few conversations about how corporations implement user experience design and experience design.)
The article goes into detail about how brands can benefit from implementing user experience related processes. The link to the article is:
