I've teamed up with a couple of designers to flesh out my wire frames visually. To clients who are used to graphically rich templates, a puristic wire frames (http://www.scribd.com/people/view/196844-stevejbayer) may seen too barren and difficult to accept as deliverables.

To avoid such difficulties, I've teamed up with designers who would be generate to add logos, icons and other artwork that would satisfy client needs for graphically rich content. I am confident in my selection of the art designers (who also happen to be capable flash developers) and have already started forwarding their services to more than one client.

I'm also on the lookout for interface programmers, that clients can hire directly or through me, to code in the required modules to enable more advanced user interfaces for web applications. Coincidently, the top 2 candidates I have pre-selected, but have not approached, are participants in the DROP project on http://drop.cwgordon.com

While I can handle coding in the theme, I would be looking to delegate that task to a dedicated theme programmer so that I can focus on interaction design and user experience architecture of websites.
